The black or gray straps at places like Boaters World are junk. I have never seen a yellow strap that was junk. We are limited here in Key West as to what is available in the real world. Buy a quality yellow strap and you will not be disappointed.
I remember the days when we would drive a 23 Mako CC to the ramp, hand crank her with a strap on a roller trailer and be gone while the guys with winchs were still trying to make their connections.
