Window Struts

I remember reading 6 months+ ago about replacement/upgrade window struts. Mine have both given up the ghost; my memory is that they now have metal cams/holds/thumbscrews. Back then, I emailed and left tp messages at the manufacturer, who I believe was in BC. Anyone can help me with a reminder, as I did several searches on the Board without results?

Thanks all; I have the repair parts in route. Next question - how do I remove the adjuster hardware? The thumbscrews broke off leaving a portion on the keyway. Thanks for all the help

You have to drive out the roll pins with a small punch.
