    Bronze scupper tube cracked

You go Shorter.....And then you create a Fillet at each end. This.....Then gives a smooth transition. It's also easier than allowing the tube to run long and create a fillet.

    Kitchen Galley removal on 2530

Keep digging....There has to be Glue or fasteners. Grantee that cabinet was built outside the boat and then installed. The pix is crappyto really see anything.

Has anyone added an aftermarket t-top?

T Tops are expensive..... Aftermarket/ Fit all's are always a compromise and always look 2nd rate. You should see how that CHINA alum Glows when they are welded on... It's weird. I wouldn't use one...I'd save my $

Parker 2120, want to add a Garmin 126sv in the cabin

Just be mindful of your view. It can get crowded real fast and those screens blocking your view to "Some" degree. Always looking up at a screen "Can" be a REAL pain in the neck. And then there is keeping it within easy reach also. Take your time.... Look at all the senerios.

    Steering Wheel Knob Recommendations

THAT is the one you want in 13in.... Knob is in the Rim..... Not in the Spoke... They make them both ways and you have to be careful if you need a 2nd for a second station to buy the same Thing.... Ask me how I know. :)

Newer console on 94 23 DVCC

There ARE Boat surplus places. A 5gal Bucket and Toilet lid that snaps to it is what you want. The fact that you even talked about a "Porta Potty" tells me you never had one. Because if you had..... You wouldn't want that 45min experience of cleaning it again when you get back. ALL these...

A bead of Sealent and thru Bolting is about as good as you can do.

Need a trailer for a 2300 DV CC

Example of Full length frame. You will note the frame is within 3in of the transom.

    Rod Holder Mounting Surface Gap

That just looks like warpage.... Piece was set in a jig and tacked together.... Then removed from jig and finished welded...Thats when the extra heat got thrown to it and it moved. Sealent and thru Bolting is about as good as you can do. You say you got them from Parker....I'm betting Parker...

Need a trailer for a 2300 DV CC

Typically it's Not Parker.....It's the Dealer who supplies the Trailer. Trailers can be cheap or expensive..... It's the Old Boat,Motor, Trailer PACKAGE. There is a LOT that goes into the selection of a GOOD fitting trailer. There are PLENTY of threads here that are in depth on this subject...

    Wheelhouse/doghouse build

It's the fasteners...... The fasteners go in the holes and get turned. This peels the powdercoating off...... Now you have stainless to alum contact down in a hole. It's the same with Fuel filter mounts. The Powdercoated alum ones look like a Ball of Crap in 3yrs.... That's why you spend the...

    Wheelhouse/doghouse build

That Seaview mount is Powdercoated. Looks real nice Now.... in 3yrs it will be a Blob of corrosion. Yes the Stainless ones are more expensive.... But they still look like brand new 5yrs down the road.... and longer.

    Armstrong Deck Plates

The Armstrongs ARE Watertite ! I've used them a fair amount. I've done 3 - 19ft Cape Horns where I took the 6in out of the splashwell and installed 10 X 20's. This gave ample access to actually clean..... and work in the bilge. To get them to not be toe stubbers.... It takes some extra work...

    Steering Wheel Knob Recommendations

BEWARE : It Does make a difference as to where the knob is. On the Spoke ......Or On the Rim. Get one that is on the Rim. It's something VERY easy to overlook....Ask me how I know. Thought I was buying the same wheel for upper and Lower helm. No I didn't and you could tell the difference...
