2830 with twin 225's yielded me 1.3-1.4 mpg. So, your fuel burn seems reasonable. They are just big, heavy hulls that require a lot of power to keep them moving. The lack of reasonable fuel economy was the nidus for me to sell my 2830. It is what it is.

Certainly not the best view of the X'ducer, but again, pinch and zoom and you can see where mine is mounted. Works flawlessly here.

Can you tell us what happened to your F300 that it requires a new powerhead? I only ask because many of us own that same motor on that same hull ( and other hulls). Someone will scoop that Hull / trailer up from you in a heartbeat.

Agree with Wart. I would remove the batteries, bring them to a reputable battery shop, drop them off to be load tested and charged. Often they will keep them overnight. Then, the next day they can tell you if the battery's dead or was resuscitated.

When you say "it seems to bog down when taking off", are you referring to the RPM's are bogging down and the engine is not making power? OR are you saying, the yamaha 150 is spinning up on RPM's, but it takes a long time to plane the hull? I would assume you are referring to the latter: But...

What year is your hull? I replace my primary fuel water separator every 6 months. My inline fuel filter beneath the cowling is examined, but if found clean I leave it in place.

Welcome to Classic Parker. I also have a 2021 Parker 2320 with a single 300. Arguably, the most utilitarian family oriented boat I have ever owned. Congrats. You should be happy for a very long time on that boat. Post some pics when you have a moment.
