    parker 2120 150hp upgrade to 225hp

You WILL get better results. You will not be running the Stem Winding Crap out of it.... THAT will improve everything. A 150 on a 21ft boat like "that" is WAY under powered.

    2420

Most are custom built by a tower shop. In fact I'm SURE Parker does not build them...They are farmed out to a tower shop then sold thru Parker.

Electric Trailer Winch For Parker 2520?

I hear ya.... With my newest boat..... I did a trailer tongue extension.... New and reinforced tongue.... 2ft longer.... keeps the truck from getting wet.

Electric Trailer Winch For Parker 2520?

Your limited on the manufactures of those. Only a few from what I've seen in the past. You must be up North. We run Bunk trailers down South and drive the boat on the trailer.

A/C , Rocket launcher on Top , Spreader cockpit lights are in the Option page.... I would Not consider them options. Your in Fl. Same as me.

    2820 fuel tank being pulled

Then you use a Bow Saw blade... One end covered with cardboard and Duct tape.

    2820 fuel tank being pulled

I've used electric chainsaw to remove the foam around the tank.

    2820 fuel tank being pulled

What jpg1969 said Yep :) I do know of shops that stop 1/8in @ 40gal... Then step up to 3/16. A 3/8in alum tank is one HEAVY FoFo.... without fuel in it. I'm Sure you are mistaken.

    2820 fuel tank being pulled

You mean 3/16" Been doing That for 30+ years. [Coating] That's BS. The Reason it's not done is it adds to cost... Boat manufactures don't worry about it because when it's Out of warranty...Their hands are Clean.

    1997 2520 Sport Cabin Modified V with a 200hp Mercury?

I for one...Would not have a notched transom, for the reason you mention. Modifying the transom and adding a Bracket with flotation tub will get expensive. FYI: "Gill Bracket" That was a manufacture that made a metal tube engine bracket. It had No flotation to offset moving the weight aft...

    2820 fuel tank being pulled

Do what I said..... Document it. It will last forever and with the documentation [pix's] it will be a selling aid. The fiberglassing over the foam, bridging between the coffin and tank top is the key to keeping water out of the foam.

    2820 fuel tank being pulled

Not exactly.. Alum needs air to make it's self protect skin....The absence of air mixed with water is what causes corrosion. The trick is Keep the water away. The 4lb density foam locks the tank into the boat. 200gal of fuel weighs 1300lbs..... A slamming hull and 6lag bolts are Not going...

    1997 2520 Sport Cabin Modified V with a 200hp Mercury?

WAY Underpowered! Just because you HAVE all the Power of a 300...doesn't mean You have to use it. Furthermore... Having that power means you will not run the stem winding Crap out of it all the time.... This results in Better fuel milage with the higher HP engine. I bet your running what...

    Tuna tower DIY

What "I" see from experience. The curved pipe in the side "looks " good....but it's in the wrong place.... To hard to crawl under to get inside. Lay down as apposed to fold front are easier to set up. Needs double tubes for strength. These things take serious abuse when pounding waves. And...

    Hull Discoloration- Previous Repair?

JUST like taking detailed pix's of paint.... They never show well.... Hard to tell a Lot from your pix's.... Some water sanding with a DA.....[1000,2000 & 3000gt] Then Buffing.....Then Polishing.

Getting off a 1801 after loading on trailer at the ramp with no one else.

Saltwater up under your truck will cost a LOT more.

Getting off a 1801 after loading on trailer at the ramp with no one else.

I sorta had that problem.... IE: I don't want any part of the truck getting wet. I scaled the tounge weight... Gave the numbers to my brother [mechanical engineer] Bought a new piece of 3in Square alum tubing and we reinforced it where the stress's would be greater. [ 1/4 x 3 x 18in ] alum flat...
