Nice pics of the stringers. I have the same boat and on my list of things is to utilize those voids in both the front and rear of the tank with some heavy duty access panels. They will see a lot of foot traffic.
Just don't block the drainage paths along the keel. Water needs to flow from the anchor locker to the aft bilge.
