First weekend of work before and after. Floor forward of the below floor livewell aft of tank great shape. Either side and aft of the live well towards the transom - not so much. Hopefully get the tank out and cap off next weekend.

She looks to be in decent shape. First Parker I ever saw that had the top ~6" of the sides stick out ever so slightly the whole length. Must have been an early prototype?

You're making great progress. I love watching these types of project here on CP. It never ceases to amaze me how many of you have the skills and gumption to tackle projects like this....
 
Overall she seems to be in really good condition. Wood appears to be dry throughout the floor. Hopefully the stringers and transom are also dry.
