I've had my 2320 for almost 3 months and love it. My previous boat was a 21 W/A and there's no comparison. I can run a lot faster in rougher conditions and not get slammed like in the prior boat. Like Swatski said it takes some getting used to the sound of the water slapping on the hull but now I'm conditioned to the noise. I go out of Barnegat Inlet, which can be nasty and this hull is very stable in the rough conditions and the 300 powers me right through it. The Seaspension seat is a great option to absorb the shock so you don't feel beat up at the end of the day.

What I love my about my 2320 is its versatility. First, because of the cabin, i can fish year round. You have cover from the sun, and from the cold in winter. I’ve been 50 miles offshore when seas are low, and can fish inshore, because of the draft being so forgiving. You can raise the engine to get into and out of really skinny water during tide swings. It’s a tough boat, and can take all the abuse you can throw at it. If you’re headed out in 2-3 foot seas, I cannot recommend more highly a Seaspension seat. It can really save your back and legs during the pounding you will receive. Guys in the rear have no problem with the ride. Also I added a second station, so there is nothing I can’t do alone. So after considering many choices for many years, I chose the Parker 2320, and have not regretted it ever. My two cents.

Hey A-K, Geeeeezzzz, you all had a great day fishing! My wife and I went fishing today; tossed back 7 no-keepers... I'll keep practicing.....

hey Andy are you the same guy I n YouTube with the 25’ Parker?

if so, I like your videos and the little tours of your boat you give.

Hi A-K, yes I am 'that' guilty party! Thank you for the kind words, and thank you for watching the videos. I know they are the most basic-of-basic videos (short. no editing.), but I hope they help some Parker owners looking for details/measurements and such. When I was shopping for our Parker there were almost zero videos of Parkers on Youtube.

Yes! I have seen this, and I am one of your Subscribers.... I have in fact watched this dozens of times. It's the best Parker-in-action video out there!

Thanks Andy.

I like your videos and tours around the NC water ways. You seem like a really good guy.

😎
Oh ya I’m subscribed to your channel.

Some other simple comments. The 25' has more beam so a long but skinny boat is good in head seas. Avoid stiff waves just off port or starboard, you and the boat will feel them. Direct head seas you can handle with a lot of splash. Smoother in the back as others said but if it is cold weather or water it can be wet in the cockpit. Keep windows closed or near closed in good waves or when just off port or starboard. Keep you hand on throttle control.

Beam and stern waves are smooth.

You may notice simpler boats just not out when you are out crashing waves! Keep the bow up and slow down for stiff waves. You may see some boats fly by you in waves that you have to ease into but if the waves grow you will probably catch up to them or see them coming back in!

Yes, there is hull noise, does not bother me with engine noise present.

the cabin can get really loud when riding hard in chop - it can be discomforting, at first. I personally believe that is where the "Parkers pound" notion comes from - the unsettling sound coming from the empty boom-box that seems to reverberate under your feet. Frankly, it becomes "white noise" after first 15 minutes. But it is a design feature that, to me, is a bit puzzling.

i mitigated the forward hull slap in my 2320 with deck insulation on the floor of the cabin. One layer of anti fatigue mat from home depot or lowes, and another layer on top of the dense foam squares that inter connect like a puzzle and finished off wih a 160 qt cooler on the deck all the way forward. 90 percent less noisy.
