Changing Anodes on F150

Does anyone have any pointers on changing the anodes on an Yamaha F150? The one under the brackets looks pretty straight forward but I'm a bit concerned about the one with the cavitation plate. Do I have to remove the lower unit to get to that? Right now there is an after market "dolphin" on the lower unit so I don't see any exposed bolts for the anode.

Any help is appreciated. I didn"t find anything here for an F150 or anything on THT.
