I have a 2006 Parker 18CC with a Yammi F-115. I had an aluminum prop on and just switched back to the stainless prop that came with the boat on delivery. For unclear reasons at WOT I only get 5100 RPM.

The prop is stamped "K-19"

Is this the correct prop for this boat?

Is this why my RPMs are low? All new filters in fuel line 2009, new fuel too.

The kids want some more umph for pulling up a skier etc.

Doubt it ... I just did a google search on the terms "yamaha k 19 prop" and it appears MANY boat brands and owners have K19 props with lower RPMs. It appears that motor is also a 6K max RPM motor and you sure want to be well above 5500 if indeed it ia 6K motor and you want to pull skiers. My bro's Yam dealers always tells him to pitch the motor with no more than 200 RPMs off max (biggest Yam dealer in this area).

Here's but what one guy had to opine: "Had K19 (pro series) prop. I could not get past 5300 RPM (43 MPH)with it. I went to an 18" performance series prop and raised my engine two holes up and I can now get 5900-6000 (46 MPH) when everything else is right."

You still might need a 17" pitch prop.
