So i am about to start same project. Question no. 1, did the 4x4 cut u made around tanks land on the seam od stringers, i am tempted to take the whole deck behind cabin to transom up, but need advice on the best and easiest cut to make for making installing new deck, the deck on mine is very solid, but somewhat paranoid about the tanks, amd possible moisture holding

Sorry for the late reply ..... I haven't been on ClassicParker in a while but recently purchased a 2801 and decided to log back on to see what was going on.
