Do you think these things would work? It says they can mount permanently with screws or temporarily with suction cups. Not sure how long the suction cup would stay attached to the smooth portion of the inside of the hull in the cabin of a 2520. The weight of the rods, the intense heat in the summer time...what do you guys think? It's also tough to see how tall they actually are so I'm not sure how many would fit.

back again,
i used a two part epoxy paste to attach my 3x4x3/4 inch wood blocks to the openings i had cut in the cloth covering to the inside hull in the cabin. once set i screwed the rod racks securely to the blocks then placed four rods. it seems to be very strong and looks good.

if all holds up i will install another set on the starboard cabin side. we have a few other things we plan to install in the cabin and this method is easy and seems to work well.

eventually i will take some pictures and post them.
