We passed vessel safety check.

Use the check list before inspection.

Fire extinguisher need to be mounted, in date and easy to find. I am glad we have 2.

PFD needs to be in good shape with no bad straps and buckles, and ready accessible.

He checked all running lights and switches.

Registration was checked

Other items on check list.

He checked all flares and if in date and other safety items.

He checked both radio and MMSI was entered.

It took one hour bc I talked a lot and asked many questions.

They issue a sticker and needs to applied on a port window, and might prevent a general GC inspection.

Brent I just spent two days reading yours and Mark's @mheltunen posts on restoring your boats. Amazing work by the two of you. I'm just getting started on mine. Once I get going, I'll begin a thread for everyone to follow. I've done a little work already pulling a rat's nest of wire in the console. There is actually some 90's vintage clear speaker wire used to make some connections. I've got to figure out where they go before removing them. Thanks again for posting your work, it's going to save me a lot of time re-inventing the wheel.
