I just have the blades 12 x 12 which came from the factory.

Eastern Marine in Newark Del. sell Lenco trim tab kits very reasonable. Their prices are good and their shipping is second to none. www.easternmarine.com Lenco makes a great trim tab. I have run them for years and never had a minutes problem with them.
They are very easy to install and there is no hydraulics to mess with and no chance of fluid leaks. FWIW
