First of all this is a great website! Second I dont own a parker, I actually own a 21' bullet cc. My question is what you guys think of your original boat leveler trim tabs? I have a restriction on my transom (due to its shape) so I cant use bennetts b/c I cant feed the hydraulic line thru the hull behind the ram. I know I could use lencos but I like the hydraulics, so by doin my research I found that parkers had them and figured you guys would be the ones to ask. Also what do you do with the ones you remove Depending on your responses I may be interested in purchasing a set from someone . Well thanks for any and all responses John.

When I bought my boat second hand, it was equipped with Boat Leveler tabs. The HPU was shot and was leaking fluid into the bilge (which was a mess!), so I replaced the 12x12 Boat Levelers with a set of 24x9 Bennetts.

The hydraulic line for the Boat Leveler tabs went through the transom about 12" above the top of the upper mount for the hydraulic ram, and the hose was covered by a stainless clamshell.
Since my boat already had the exit holes, I re-used the same holes and clamshells for the Bennetts.

As Opti said, Bennett has a number of options available to you for mounting your tabs and routing the hydraulic lines.

Hope this helps. :)

thanks guys was unaware that bennett had that style of ram .so it would be safe to assume that boat levelers are no where as good as the bennetts?
