When they get built here on the Gulf Coast They Fold down for trailering.

I’m not sure if we understand you correctly. I am clear that it doesn’t fold for trailering. I am clear there is no canopy above the control station. My question is, does the upper station have a separate and dedicated seat platform directly aft of the upper controls? And wow, that is really nice. Sell those in Southern California, please!

They sell these in California and it does have a seat with bolster. They sell them with the seat but upholstered the frame is all there but I am going to make my own seat upholstery I will post pics once I am done

Flybridges and cabin boats went away to be replaced by pilot houses (further forward lower controls and seating) and tuna/cobia towers. I don't think there is a 23-25 class boat made like it today - hard top with flybridge. Closest one can come is a Parker with tower.

(Boat pic'd is a 73, if memory serves, 24' Correct Craft San Juan. Dad loved that boat for it's speed and ability to cut thru and handle anything Lake Erie could throw. Single screw straight inboard. I learned to dock it, stern in when I was 15, on my own because I had girls to take out.)

Beautiful! I have not seen a sit-down cobia tower before. Since it's not a fold-down standing tower, will you have bridge clearance issues?

Here on the west coast, we are lazy and like to sit down. Actually, when offshore chasing tuna someone is up top all day with gyro binos. It will be the new main helm when fishing, so the seat is handy. It is even a bucket style seat with arm rests. When offshore, we are constantly looking for kelp paddies, birds, current breaks, tuna boils, etc. We can also still stand if we want.

Regarding clearances, the fabricator has it built so the steering wheel is at 13'9" (the highest part), just under the max 14 foot max height. It definitely requires more awareness when towing. A fun example (yesterday) was when the Costco gas station canopy was 3 inches too low, and we had to cut off some cars to avoid being stuck in a line that we couldn't complete. Luckily, she usually lives in a slip and only comes out for maintenance and fabrication.

I wanted to have a fiber box and controller but couldn't make it so far..
but my kids so much liked it.
bought all alluminum d.i.y kit and installed local boat house. it is the cheapest way to do that i guess.
