There are documented issues here where user or users had problems with the PTs that mount on TOP of the anti-ventilation plate. Based on nothing but those, I would shoot for one that mounts under the AV plate.

The noise was coming from additional downward movement allowed by the worn bearing / bushing of the pump allowing the impeller to contact the inside of the casing or body of the pump.

The speed limit is 25. You'll be fine. Just drive like you are towing (look ahead and slow early).

Good tip. If you see ANY rust, metal has gone away to make it. And good tip on the tefgel. I need to do my tank sending unit and all the cabin bolts. If y'all have a bolt on under- platform ladder, those bolts need tefgel badly as well.

Just remove the seat, and maybe the bulkhead at the rod holders. Should just be a few screws and a few hours.
